Anmark, the leading manufacturer of Curvic couplings servicing the aerospace & defense industries, is seeking a Manufacturing Workflow Administrator. We specialize in the Curvic grinding of engine, APU and transmission couplings and dynamic balancing of rotating engine components. Anmark supports major aerospace, defense, and industrial OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across the world. We are seeking well rounded, organized candidates that can multi-task in a highly unique aerospace facility. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager and provides support for other team members.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of office experience
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Able to work with computer systems and web portals with ease
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Work Environment:
This job operates in an office setting about 90% of the time and in the manufacturing shop environment about 10% of the time conducting shipping, receiving of product, etc. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanner, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The ability to lift files and packages up to 50lbs, the ability to stand/walk for long periods of time while on the shop floor and to sit for hours at a desk will be required.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide above-and-beyond service to the external and internal clients you serve.
  • Use your incredible organizational skills to plan workflow
  • Use your excellent attention to detail to help maintain production accuracy.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring effective and professional telephone and mail communication
  • Accurately enter data into ERP system for job planning, invoices, and payables.
  • Use your written communication skills to create email correspondence
  • Arrange for customer product delivery, including international shipments
  • Access customer web portals, download purchase orders and update product status
  • Communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies

Employment Opportunity: Aerospace Junior Machinist

Anmark, the leading manufacturer of Curvic couplings servicing the aerospace & defense industries, is seeking an Aerospace Junior Machinist. The Junior Machinist manufactures machined parts utilizing standard manufacturing equipment. This is an entry level position with a line of progression leading to Machinist. The position reports to the Manufacturing / Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Machine simple parts from raw material to finished product.
  • Plan and implement order of operation to manufacture parts with assistance.
  • Inspect parts.
  • Work to blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions.
  • Set up and operate machines (examples include: saw, drill press, lathe, milling machine, surface grind machine).
  • Handle confidential information on a regular basis.
  • Take on and complete any work with guidance that is assigned by the manager, area supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in a machine shop environment.
  • Ability to read and use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Good basic math and algebra skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
  • Ability to work to blueprints and sketches.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds; push/pull up to 70 pounds; transfer 50 – 100 pounds with the help of another person.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
